Bookings

Once we receive your enquiry, we will contact you to confirm availability, we will then send you a copy of our terms and conditions in an e-mail confirming your booking along with details of you trip and directions to the departure point.

Payments

Payment will be taken in full which will confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Payments can be made by card or bank transfer.

If you cancel

If you wish to cancel a booking for a voyage, then please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations 10 days prior to your charter will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 10 days to 48hours incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations 48hours prior to the charter booked.

If we cancel

If Blue River Table has to cancel a booking due to weather then a full refund will be given unless an alternative date is accepted.

Disabled access

We welcome guests with disabilities, however, to retain the historic nature of Tethra we are limited in the adaptations we are able to make to the vessel. If you would like to discuss mobility requirements for a trip on Tethra then please don't hesitate to contact us.

Health and Safety

Tethra is run by a highly experienced and qualified skipper and crew. At the start of the trip you will be given a full safety briefing and must agree to abide fully with the instructions given by the skipper and crew at all times. Furthermore the skipper has the right to terminate a trip and off load any person whose behaviour becomes unacceptable or represents a danger to themselves or others and if a trip has to be terminated due to a person’s behaviour then no refund will be given. 

You or your party will be liable for any damage caused to Tethra. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be drunk. 

No alcohol can be taken off Tethra. 

All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

Blue River Table accepts no responsibility for any injury howsoever caused. 

Your personal belongings are your responsibility at all times.

Covid-19 Policies

We are providing an environment that conforms to government guidelines and industry best practices, making sure it will be as safe and secure as we can possibly make it. We will reassess on a regular basis in line with how things develop.

The boat will be exclusive to your booking with no mixed groups. Minimum 6 people unless it’s a private hire cruise.

As always we will deep clean Tethra before and after every charter. Cleaning the toilet regularly throughout the cruise.

We will conduct a safety briefing as standard practice before we leave the dock
